Fill Application Form

Complete your personal details, academic scores, license details, and NYSC discharge information. Ensure all contact inputs are correct.

Upload Documents & Submit

Upload clean, clear scanned PDF documents of your credentials (max size 300KB) and passport photograph, verify your details, and print your slip.

General Eligibility Rules

  • Valid Practicing Licenses Medical Officers, Nurses, and Lab Scientists must provide a valid professional practice license number from their respective regulatory board.
  • NYSC Discharge / Exemption Required for regular recruitment vacancies on GL 08 and above. Exempted/optional for Internship positions.
  • Single Application Rule Candidates are only permitted to submit one application. Duplicate applications using different emails will result in immediate disqualification.

Depending on the vacancy requirement settings, you will need to upload your Passport Photograph, CV / Resume, Primary School Certificate (FSLC), Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), Higher Education Degree / Diploma, State of Origin Certificate, Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age, Professional practicing license, and NYSC discharge or exemption letter.

Ensure that the documents are in clear PDF format and the file size does not exceed 300KB per document. Ensure you have a stable network connection when dragging and dropping files into the upload cards.

You can check your status at any time by clicking the "Check Status" link in the top menu and typing in your Application/NIN Number. If you are shortlisted, the venue, date, and details for your CBT exam or interview will display there.
